Dr. Darren hails from the great state of Wisconsin. He spent his first 22 years living, playing, and studying in the “Dairy State.” In 2004, Dr. Darren graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and decided he wanted to continue his educational endeavors.

While trying to decide what health care field to pursue, he had the great misfortune of injuring his ankle during a basketball game. The injury led him to seek treatment from a chiropractic physician, who guided him through each phase of recovery till he was back competing on the “hardwood.” The interactions with this chiropractor led him to pursue a career in the field of Chiropractic. Dr. Darren decided to attend the highly esteemed University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College), because of its rigorous academic protocols and his love for the Portland Metro area.

Dr. Darren’s passion and drive allowed him to obtain his chiropractic degree in 2007. He has been helping people recover from injuries and return to their normal lifestyles ever since. When he isn’t spending his days helping people at one of our clinics, you will find him wedged in the corner of a local coffee shop engulfed in a book, sailing down Mt. Hood on his skis (he is still learning to snowboard), or chasing after his ball on one of the beautiful golf courses in town.
